Is my data private?

Yes. All health data is encrypted on your device before being stored or synced to the cloud. We cannot read your health data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Do I need an account?

No. You can use 4rge entirely without an account — your data stays on your device. Creating an account enables encrypted cloud backup and the ability to restore your data if you get a new phone.

How does the AI analysis work?

After 30 days of logging, you can request an analysis. The App formats your pain, activity, workout, and sleep data as plain text and sends it to a secure server which calls the Claude AI API. The analysis looks for patterns specific to your data — not generic advice.

Analysis is available once every 30 days to ensure there's enough data to find meaningful patterns.

How do I connect Apple Health?

Go to the History tab, tap any day, and use the "Import from Apple Health" option. You can also find the import option in the app settings. The App only reads workout and sleep data — it never writes to Apple Health.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete all your data from Settings → Delete All Data. This permanently removes all local data and all cloud data associated with your account. This action cannot be undone.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link. Follow the link on the same device where the App is installed.
