Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the 4rge mobile application operated by MidTechTeam ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The 4rge App is a personal tracking and journaling tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI-generated pattern analysis is for informational and personal awareness purposes only.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition, pain, or health concern. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice based on anything generated by this App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful personal purposes. You may not:
You may use the App without an account (data stored locally only) or create an account to enable cloud backup and sync. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You own your data. By using the cloud sync feature, you grant MidTechTeam a limited license to store and transmit your encrypted data solely for the purpose of providing the sync service. We do not claim ownership of your health data.
You may export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The AI pattern analysis feature uses Anthropic's Claude API. By requesting an analysis, you agree that anonymized, formatted representations of your logged data will be sent to Anthropic's API for processing. This data is not linked to your identity. See Anthropic's usage policies for details on how they handle API data.
AI-generated analysis is provided as-is and may not always be accurate. Use it as one input among many — not as a definitive medical conclusion.
If you grant permission, the App reads workout and sleep data from Apple HealthKit. The App never writes to Apple Health. You may revoke this permission at any time in your device's Settings.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MidTechTeam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or reliance on AI-generated analysis for health decisions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
